I'm Jule. My colleagues at a previous job called me Sherlock - not because I wore the coat, but because I was the person who wouldn't let a problem go until I'd found the actual root of it. That instinct came long before design: through years in customer-facing roles, coordinating cross-functional teams as a product owner, and working closely with developers to ship things that actually worked.

This background shapes how I design. I translate between perspectives — technical and non-technical, user needs and business goals, what looks good and what can actually be built. Good design doesn't happen in isolation. I bring the right people in early, make sure everyone's on the same page, and see things through from first sketch to final interface.
